Shelf Life: 5 days in refrigerator or freeze up to 6 months

Weight: 1.0 to 1.5 lbs. per lobe

Packaging: 1 lobe in vacuum bag

Notes: Refrigerate at 30˚ for optimum storage. Place product in the back of the refrigerator where it is the coolest.

Description: Beautiful, well-defined shape and color. This is the largest foie gras which is consistently firm throughout due its high density. It is used for achieving optimum results in any preparation, such as sautéing or making terrines.
