Ingredients: Fresh Foie Gras

Shelf Life: 5 days in refrigerator or freeze up to 6 months

Weight: .8 to 1.3 lbs. per lobe

Packaging: 1 lobe in vacuum bag

Notes: Refrigerate at 30˚ for optimum storage. Place product in the back of the refrigerator where it is the coolest.

Description: Smaller and softer density throughout, may have some blemishes. Mostly used in pâtés, but sometimes used for sautéing.

Cooking/Serving Suggestions: May be used for sautéeing or terrines, but with lower yields.
