Ingredients: Fresh or Frozen Foie Gras

Shelf Life: 5 days in refrigerator or freeze up to 6 months

Weight: .6 to.9 lbs. per lobe

Packaging: 1 lobe in vacuum bag

Notes: Refrigerate at 30˚ for optimum storage. Place product in the back of the refrigerator where it is the coolest.

Description: Smallest foie gras which most resembles a regular liver in flavor, texture and color. It is the softest throughout and is used to make mousses or sauces.
