Description: Duck legs slowly cooked in their own fat with salt and pepper.
Cooking/Serving Suggestions: Set legs on cookie sheet and place a whole Bay leaf underneath and on top of each leg, or sprinkle with Herbes de Provence. Bake in a 300˚ oven for about 20 minutes. Broil for about 5 minutes until skin is brown and crispy. Serve along with mixed greens or vegetables for a quick and delicious lunch or dinner.
