For your convenience, messages can be left for our staff on the answering machine. Our message states a number to be called if there is an emergent situation after hours.

Scheduling Appointments

The appointment schedulers are available for phone calls Monday through Saturday. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know with as much advance notice as possible. If a 24 hour advance notice is not given, you may be charged a $40 fee for the missed appointment.

To protect your privacy by law, we are unable to answer your clinical issues by email. Thus, please contact the office directly for all clinical and/or urgent matters
