Sonoma Saveurs is a new venture combining the talents and
experience of the owners of Sonoma Foie Gras and a team of
French entrepreneurs and chefs.
The partners include Guillermo and Junny Gonzalez, producers
of foie gras in Northern California since 1986; Didier Jaubert,
a French lawyer and entrepreneur, and his American wife Leslie.
In 2000, the paths of these couples crossed, they became
friends, and out of their mutual passion for food and wine
the concept of Sonoma Saveurs was born.
