As a courtesy we will call your dental insurance during your consultation and be prepared to provide you with a complete treatment plan and financial disclosure before you leave our office. We will complete the necessary paperwork for insurance reimbursement. We simply ask that our patients are prepared to pay their estimated copayment at the time of surgery. We accept cash, checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and can assist you with financing options such as Care Credit (a no or low cost medical/dental credit card.)
